REPORT FROM OCTOBER 1, 2009

On Friday September 25th Deputy Wilson arrested James E. Arms and charged him with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified), Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense. A DTF Detective arrested James R. Arms and charged him with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified), Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense, Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor 1st offense and Knowingly Possessing Anhydrous Ammonia in an Unapproved Container with Intent to Manufacture Meth. A DTF Detective arrested Donald L. Booker and charged him with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense, Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor 1st offense and Knowingly Possessing Anhydrous Ammonia in an Unapproved Container with Intent to Manufacture Meth. A DTF Detective arrested Tara S. Garmon and charged her with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense. The arrest of Arms, Arms, Booker and Garmon are the result of a meth lab operation. Deputy Clark arrested Marvin J. Coats on two Barren Co. warrants both for Contempt of Court - Failure to Pay or Appear. Deputy McCown arrested Sergio M. Gonzalez Jr. and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication. Deputy Runyon arrested Larry C. Trulock and charged him with Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operators License and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance 1st offense. Deputy Clark arrested Patsy Daniels on a Hart Co. warrant for Contempt of Court - Failure to Appear, and then released her to Hart Co. Sheriff's Office.

On Saturday September 26th Deputy Runyon served a Barren Co. warrant on Zane R. Wilkins for Contempt of Court - Failure to Appear. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Griderville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Goodnight Hiseville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.

On Sunday September 27th Deputy Minor arrested Katrina L. Lowe and charged her with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, Fleeing or Evading Police 2nd degree (on foot), Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Doyle Road.

On Monday September 28th Deputy Clark arrested Natasha D. Rascoe on a Barren Co. indictment warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking. Deputy Minor arrested Shawn C. Craig on two Barren Co. warrants both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Scotty E. Karnes for four counts of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd degree and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Ashley E. Hayes for Criminal Mischief 3rd degree.

On Tuesday September 29th Detective Anderson investigated a three vehicle injury wreck resulting in one fatality on Burkesville Road. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Coral Hill Road.

On Wednesday September 30th Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Dean A. Baise for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (aggravated) 4th offense, Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Darrell G. Bragg for Probable Cause - Probation Violation. Deputy Clark arrested Ryan S. Brooking and charged him with Assault 4th degree.

On Thursday October 1st Deputy McCown arrested Laurie A. Young on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court.
