REPORT FROM OCTOBER 22, 2009

On Friday October 16th Deputy Clark arrested Douglas W. Smith on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Runyon served a Barren County warrant on Benjamin L. Ford for terroristic threatening third degree. Deputy Minor served an Allen County warrant on Daniel R. Fravala for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.

On Saturday October 17th Deputy Minor arrested Mark A. Bellamy and charged him with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, Bellamy was also served a Barren County warrant at the time of his arrest for contempt of court. Deputy Minor served a Jefferson County warrant on Jeramiah J. Rollins for contempt of court. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road.

On Sunday October 18th Deputy Minor arrested Angel L. Rosado on two Barren County indictment warrants one for burglary third degree, receiving stolen property under $10,000 and criminal mischief third degree, the other for five counts of burglary third degree, six counts of theft by unlawful taking and burglary second degree.

On Monday October 19th Deputy Clark arrested Kevin W. Williams on three Barren County warrants all for theft by deception over $500. Deputy Clark arrested Bobby R. Edwards on a Barren County warrant for terroristic threatening third degree. Deputy Minor served an Adair County warrant on Christopher A. Jobe for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Tuesday October 20th Deputy Clark arrested William K. Barbour on two Barren County warrants both for failure to pay or appear. Deputy Minor arrested Anthony D. Green on a Barren County warrant for assault fourth degree and criminal mischief third degree. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Hollow Road.

On Wednesday October 21st Deputy Clark arrested Wendell K. Tobin and charged him with fleeing or evading police second degree (on foot), Tobin was also served a Barren County warrant at the time of his arrest for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Jessica D. Cruz on a Barren County indictment warrant for false statement/misrepresentation to receive benefits over $100. Deputy Clark arrested Gomez G. Santiz on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Minor arrested Jason J. York on an Allen Co. warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Robert A. Pedigo on an Edmonson County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Curtis B. Abston Jr. for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Clubhouse Lane. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Sexton Lane.

On Thursday October 22nd Deputy Clark arrested Christopher M. Longley on a Barren County warrant for terroristic threatening third degree and menacing. Deputy Minor arrested Greta D. Upton on a Warren County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Minor arrested Ashley B. Hurt and charged her with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Minor arrested Tommy R. Vaughn and charged him with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Clark served two warrants on Dallas E. Flowers one from Barren County for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear, the other from Hart County for contempt of court-failure to pay.
