REPORT FROM OCTOBER 8, 2009

On Friday October 2nd Deputy Clark arrested Adam L. England on a Warren County warrant for failure to comply with bond conditions. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Saturday October 3rd Deputy Clark arrested Jason E. Anderson for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Detective Anderson investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Detective Anderson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.

On Sunday October 4th Deputy Minor arrested Jeffery D. Perkins after a single vehicle injury wreck and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense (aggravated), possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, complicity to manufacturing methamphetamine first offense and unlawful possession of meth precursor first offense. Deputy Minor served a Barren County warrant on Jason E. Anderson for contempt of court. Deputy Clark investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Lick Branch Road.

On Monday October 5th Deputy McCown served a Barren and Hardin County warrant on James W. Lawes III both for contempt of court. Deputy McCown served a Jefferson County Alabama warrant on Jack E. Goodwin. Deputy McCown served a Barren County warrant on David W. Bush for theft by unlawful taking-shoplifting. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Otha R. Manning for fraudulent use of a credit card over $100. Deputy Clark arrested Woodrow L. Carter on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Melissa D. Appleby for two counts of harassing communications. Deputy Minor arrested Gregory S. Crumpton on two Barren County indictment warrants one for manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and persistent felony offender second degree, the other for manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container with intent to manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and persistent felony offender second degree. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Lucas Road. Deputy Thomas responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road.

On Tuesday October 6th Deputy Mutter arrested Wesley D. Watkins for disorderly conduct second degree and resisting arrest. Deputy Clark arrested Stephanie L. Perry on two Barren County indictment warrants one for criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, theft of identity of another without consent and persistent felony offender second degree the other for Probation Violation. Perry was also served five Barren County warrants at the time of her arrest all for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Todd A. Bastean on a Christian County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Minor arrested Christopher D. Walden on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Minor served a Barren County warrant on Tommy R. Vaughn for contempt of court. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road.

On Wednesday October 7th Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on A L Shirley Road. Deputy Thomas responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road.

On Thursday October 8th Deputy Runyon arrested Gregory W. Richardson on two Barren County indictment warrants both for trafficking in a controlled substance first degree-first offense (drug unspecified) and persistent felony offender. Deputy McCown arrested Scottie L. Adwell on a Metcalfe County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on North Jackson Highway. Deputy Wood responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road.
