On Friday September 3 Detective Anderson arrested Meranda J. Trivett on a Barren County warrant for second degree-criminal mischief. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Cathy A. Sturgeon with falsely reporting an incident. Deputy Clark arrested and charged Michelle L. McQuiston with second degree-disorderly conduct. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Nicholas D. Hodges for fourth degree-assault.
On Sunday September 5 Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Joshua L. Ramsey with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense. Deputy Bennett served a Barren County warrant on Anthony D. Wheat for contempt of court and a Metcalfe County warrant for third degree-terroristic threatening.
On Monday September 6 Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Eddie L. Asher with receiving stolen property under $10,000. Deputy Kinslow arrested and charged Bradley A. Asher with receiving stolen property under $10,000. Deputy Runyon served four Warren County warrants on Derric J. Young all for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson served a Warren County warrant on Derric J. Young for contempt of court.
On Tuesday September 7 Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Timothy D. Mesker with cultivate in marijuana less than five plants, possession of marijuana and fourth degree-assault. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Michael S. Smith with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense and first degree-criminal trespass. Deputy Wood arrested Bobby Davidson on two Barren County warrants one for falsely reporting an incident and harassment, the other for contempt of court. Deputy Branham transported Kenneth A. Berkley from Monroe County Louisiana to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for flagrant non-support. Deputy Wilson served a Metcalfe County warrant on Darrell S. Wilson for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson served two Barren County warrants on Natasha A. Rhinehart both for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County warrant on Gregory L. Christie for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson served a Metcalfe County warrant on Anthony D. Wheat for contempt of court.
On Wednesday September 8 Deputy Kinslow arrested and charged Bradley A. Asher with theft by unlawful taking-farm equipment. Deputy Kinslow arrested and charged Eddie L. Asher with theft by unlawful taking-farm equipment. Deputy Branham transported Donnie H. Reece from Butler County Jail to Barren County Jail on two Barren County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear.
On Thursday September 9 Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Sara B. Coates with first degree-possession of a controlled substance first offense (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Tony G. Doss with first degree-possession of a controlled substance first offense (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Bennett served a Hart County warrant on Roderick D. Hatchett for two counts of second degree-forgery and two counts of complicity to second degree-forgery. The Barren County Sheriff's Office responded to thirteen wrecks during the week, ten of those being non-injury and three resulting with injuries.
