REPORT FROM November 5, 2009
On Friday October 30th Deputy Clark arrested Melissa L. House on a Barren County warrant for operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Eric R. Sturgeon for possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container. Sheriff Eaton arrested and charged John D. Mayhew with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County indictment warrant on Nicholas D. Hodges for assault second degree, wanton endangerment first degree, unlawful imprisonment first degree, terroristic threatening third degree and persistent felony offender second degree. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County indictment warrant on Roger D. Riddle for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs fourth offense and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited.
On Saturday October 31st Deputy Wood arrested James M. Whitehead and charged him with operating on suspended/revoked operator’Äôs license. Deputy McCown arrested and charged Jose F. Acevedo with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Caney Fork Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.
On Sunday November 1st Deputy Branham transported Billy J. Johnson from Allen Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Monday November 2nd Deputy Clark arrested Terry M. Thomas on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Thomas was also served with an Edmonson County warrant at the time of his arrest for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Santos E. Valle on two Barren County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Runyon served two Bullitt County warrants on James M. Whitehead both for contempt of court.
On Tuesday November 3rd Deputy Clark arrested Danielle R. Coats on a Barren County warrant for probable cause-probation violation, Coats absconded supervision. Deputy Branham served a Barren County arrest warrant on Meshele V. Spencer for probation violation. Deputy McCown arrested Eddie M. Francis on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Bobby L. Hayes on two Barren County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to appear. Hayes was also served four Hart County warrants at the time of his arrest all for contempt of court. Deputy Minor arrested and charged James R. Whitmer with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation. Deputy Minor arrested Danny R. Garmon on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Wood investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway-vehicle vs. deer. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road-vehicle vs. deer. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Finney Road.
On Wednesday November 4th Deputy Minor served a Barren County warrant on Eddie M. Francis for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Anthony Martin on an Edmonson County warrant for receiving stolen property under $500, and then released Martin to the custody of the Edmonson County Sheriff's Office.
On Thursday November 5th Deputy Minor arrested Marcie A. Scott on a Barren County warrant for two counts of terroristic threatening third degree. Deputy McCown arrested Benjamin L. Ford on a Barren County warrant for menacing. Deputy Wilson arrested Douglas L. Groce on a Barren County indictment warrant for convicted felon in possession of a firearm and persistent felony offender second degree. Deputy Wilson arrested Sandra M. Kerr on six Hart County warrants all for theft by deception. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Bobby L. Hayes for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy McCown served a Warren County warrant on Kevin L. Bruce for contempt of court-failure to appear. Sheriff Eaton transported one juvenile from the Barren County Sheriff's Office to the Warren County Juvenile Center. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Oil Well Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on North Jackson Hwy-vehicle vs. deer. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road-vehicle vs. deer.
