REPORT FROM November 12, 2009

On Friday November 6^th Deputy Clark arrested Daniel J. Witek on a Barren County indictment warrant for possession of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana five or more plants, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. Deputy Wilson arrested and charged April S. Filback with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Deputy Clark arrested Mary Piercy on a Hart County indictment warrant for seven counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree, and then released Piercy to the custody of the Hart County Sheriff's Office. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Slick Rock Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Northwood Drive.

On Saturday November 7^th

On Sunday November 8^th Deputy Wilson arrested Joshua L. Hodges on a Barren County warrant for three counts of wanton endangerment first degree, two counts of assault second degree, criminal mischief first degree, reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance with death or serious physical injury. Deputy McCown arrested and charged Gary L. Peavley with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (aggravated) second offense. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Scotty L. Peavely with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Peavley was also served two Barren County warrants at the time of his arrest both for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County warrant on Robert C. Stinson for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Finney Road.

On Monday November 9^th Deputy McCown arrested David D. Dugard and charged him with alcohol intoxication in a public place and fleeing or evading police (on foot) second degree. Dugard was also served two Barren County warrants at the time of his arrest, one for contempt of court-failure to appear, the other for assault fourth degree and harassment. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Gary L. Peavley for probable cause-probation violation. Deputy Clark served two Hart County warrants on Scotty L. Peavley both for contempt of court. Deputy Clark served two warrants on Billy D. Butler one from Warren County for probation violation, the other from Hart County for contempt of court. Sheriff Eaton responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Hiseville Park Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on A L Shirley Road.

On Tuesday November 10^th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Mark A. Bellamy with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and possession of marijuana. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Coral Hill Road.

On Wednesday November 11^th Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Peterson Road.

On Thursday November 12^th Deputy McCown arrested Preston R. Wright and charged him with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense after a motor vehicle accident on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy Clark arrested Clayton L. Wright on two Barren County warrants both for contempt of court. Deputy Clark served five Hart County warrants on Sandra M. Kerr all for theft by deception. Deputy Runyon investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Woods Store Etoile Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road.
