REPORT FROM November 26, 2009

On Friday November 20th Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Joyce A. Stamper with possession of a controlled substance third degree (drug unspecified) and possession of a controlled substance not in original container. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Daytona L. Ballard with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500 and disorderly conduct second degree. Deputy Wilson arrested Erwin W. Stamper on a Barren County warrant for robbery first degree and assault second degree. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Saturday November 21st Deputy Branham transported Travis L. Johnson from Mississippi County Arkansas to Barren County Jail. Johnson was served a Barren County warrant for burglary second degree and theft by unlawful taking over $300. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Oil City Road, which resulted in the arrest of William M. Thomason, he was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense and failure to produce insurance card. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy McCown responded to two separate two vehicle non-injury wrecks both on Louisville Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Beaver Creek Boat Ramp Road.

On Sunday November 22nd Deputy Clark arrested Jonathon M. Ballard on a Metcalfe County warrant for receiving stolen property under $10,000 (cattle). Deputy Branham transported Adam L. Parnell from Warren County Detention Center to Barren County Jail. Deputy Branham transported Ronald E. Miller from Warren County Detention Center to Barren County Jail. Miller was served a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road, which resulted in the arrest of Jerry L. Foster Jr., he was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense and no operators/moped license.

On Monday November 23rd Deputy McCown served a Metcalfe County warrant on Danny W. Gregory for burglary third degree. Deputy McCown served a Metcalfe County warrant on Glen A. Kendrick Jr. for burglary third degree. Deputy Clark arrested Mark A. Bellamy on a Metcalfe County for receiving stolen property under $10,000 (cattle). Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Shawn T. Nuckols for contempt of court. Deputy Clark responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on North Jackson Highway. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported William and Samantha Durham from Hart County Jail to Barren Circuit Court and then returned both to Hart County Jail. Deputy Branham transported Lori A. Ikner from Hart County Jail to Barren County Jail. Deputy Branham transported Adam L. Parnell from Barren County Jail to Warren County Detention Center.

On Tuesday November 24th Deputy Clark served a Warren County warrant on Bobby R. Logsdon for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Jewell E. Mendoza on several warrants from various counties including, eight Barren County warrants all for contempt of court-failure to appear, two Warren County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to appear, one Metcalfe County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay restitution and fourteen Hart County warrants all for contempt of court-failure to pay restitution. Deputy Branham served a Barren County warrant on Bobby R. Logsdon for contempt of court. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Happy Valley Road.

On Wednesday November 25th Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren County Sheriff’Äôs Office.

On Thursday November 26th Sheriff Eaton arrested and charged Joshua A. Wallace with terroristic threatening third degree, disorderly conduct second degree and resisting arrest.
