On Friday January 8th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Howard J. Hodges with hindering prosecution or apprehension second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Eric R. Sturgeon with resisting arrest, assault third degree (police) and public intoxication of a controlled substance. He was also served a Barren County warrant for parole violation at the time of his arrest. Deputy Branham arrested Adam L. England on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court. A Drug Task Force Detective charged Thomas E. Wright with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense, assault second degree (police), two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and promoting contraband first degree. A Drug Task Force Detective charged Jennifer C. Jones with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. Detective Phelps responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Poplar Spring Road. Deputy Branham transported Bonnie G. Decker from Simpson County Jail to Barren County Jail.
On Saturday January 9th Deputy Minor arrested Tony E. Bray Jr. on a Barren County warrant for criminal mischief third degree and terroristic threatening third degree. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Bristletown Road. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Buck Creek Road.
On Sunday January 10th Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Branham transported Andre D. Wesson from Hart County Jail to Barren County Jail. Deputy Branham transported Joseph D. Bunch from Barren County Jail to Lincoln Trail in Hardin County.
On Monday January 11th Deputy Clark arrested Ronnie W. Anderson on three warrants one from Barren County for contempt of court-failure to appear, one from Allen County for probable cause-probation violation and one from Warren County for probation violation. Deputy Clark arrested Amanda L. Hagan on two Nelson County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Debbie L. McMillien on a Hardin County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road.
On Tuesday January 12th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Thomas L. Upton with burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking over $500 and tampering with physical evidence. Deputy Clark arrested Cyndee L. Harvey on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Mary R. Piercy on a Barren County warrant for operating on suspended/revoked operator's license and failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Milburn Taylor Road.
On Wednesday January 13th Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Woodrow L. Carter for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road.
On Thursday January 14th Deputy Wood investigated a three vehicle injury wreck on Louisville Road. Deputy McCown served a Morrow County, Ohio warrant on James R. Thompson for failure to appear. Deputy Branham transported James E. Skaggs III from Barren County Jail to Luther Luckett Correctional Complex.
