REPORT FROM December 10, 2009

On Friday December 4^th Deputy McCown arrested and charged Steven E. Kale with assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. Deputy Clark arrested and charged Ashli C. Kale with assault fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. Deputy Clark arrested Martha M. Liffick on a Barren County warrant for harassment and harassing communications. Deputy McCown served a Hart County warrant on Bobby R. Logsdon for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark served a Metcalfe County warrant on Tommy R. Vaughn for hindering prosecution or apprehension second degree. Deputy Clark served a Metcalfe County warrant on Theodore A. Vaughn for fleeing or evading police second degree (on foot), disorderly conduct second degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place third or more offense within 12 months. Deputy Minor arrested Bonnie E. Posey on two warrants, one from Hart County for contempt of court, and the other from Hardin County for contempt of court. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Branham transported one female juvenile from Barren County to the Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Saturday December 5^th Deputy Minor arrested Kerry M. Stockton on five Barren County warrants all for contempt of court. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Iduardo Vasquez with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Wood responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Bardstown Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tobacco Road.

On Sunday December 6^th Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Stephen P. Mills for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Etoile Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Monday December 7^th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Ryan L. Pedigo with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, possession of marijuana-enhanced by the presence of a firearm and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Kyle R. Graves with public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance second degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct second degree and menacing. Deputy Minor served two Warren County warrants on Jeremie S. Tillis both for contempt of court. Deputy Branham served a Barren County warrant on Michael D. Sturgeon for fraudulent use of a credit card. Deputy Branham served a Barren County warrant on Aaron W. Yates for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Jeremy N. Green from Hart County Jail to Barren Circuit Court, and then returned Green to Hart County Jail.

On Tuesday December 8^th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Jeffrey D. Perkins with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia second offense. Deputy Clark arrested Shelia R. Firkins on two Barren County indictment warrants; one for 25 counts of forgery second degree, the other for trafficking in a controlled substance within a 1000 yards of a school. Firkins was also served a Barren County warrant for theft by deception at the time of her arrest. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Mitchell D. Meredith with possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Clark arrested Michael A. Wilson on a Barren County warrant for fleeing or evading police second degree (on foot). Deputy Clark served a Hart County warrant on Mitchell D. Meredith for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark served a Monroe County warrant on Virginia L. Stilwell for contempt of court-failure to appear. Sheriff Eaton investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Finney Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Etoile Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Bon Ayr Road. Deputy Branham transported one female juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren Juvenile Court, and then returned juvenile to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Wednesday December 9^th Deputy Clark arrested Matthew T. Stout on a Barren County warrant for probable cause-probation violation.

On Thursday December 10^th Deputy Branham arrested Daniel D. Whitley on a Barren County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle fatality wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy Branham transported one female juvenile from Barren County to the Warren County Juvenile Center.
