On Friday November 26 Deputy Wyatt cited Crystal D. Picciano with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, following a two-vehicle collision. Deputy Branham transported Jean C. Guion from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.
On Sunday November 28 Deputy Kinslow served a Taylor County warrant on Demetrius D. Hayes for contempt of court. Deputy Wyatt served a Warren County warrant on Campos Osbaldo for contempt of court-failure to appear.
On Monday November 29 Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Connie A. Moore with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs second offense (aggravated) and careless driving. Deputy Branham transported Scotty R. Reece from Adair County Jail to Barren Circuit Court, and then returned Reece to Adair County Jail.
On Tuesday November 30 Deputy Kinslow served a Simpson and Allen County warrant on Jason J. York both for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson served a Hart County warrant on Sarah J. Bramer for contempt of court-failure to pay.
On Wednesday December 1 Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Terry L. Shirley with second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Deputy Wilson arrested Juanita M. Wells on a Barren County indictment warrant for false statement-misrepresent to receive benefits over $100. Deputy Wilson arrested Nicole D. Robertson on a Barren County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Brittany M. Bennett with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Deputy Sponhouse arrested and charged Purnell E. Green Sr. with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Deputy Bennett served a Barren County warrant on Richard G. Sears for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County indictment warrant on Elizabeth D. England for two counts of false statement-misrepresent to receive benefits over $100. Deputy Branham transported Larry D. Johnson Jr. from Jefferson County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.
On Thursday December 2 Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Jonathon T. Bailey with alcohol intoxication in a pubic place third or more offense within 12 months, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), resisting arrest, third-degree criminal mischief and receiving stolen property under $10,000. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Douglas K. Pennycuff with first-degree possession of a controlled substance second offense or more offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and resisting arrest. Deputy Runyon arrested James T. Bray on a Barren County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Houchens served a Barren County warrant on Jerry T. Pedigo for violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. Deputy Branham transported Sarah E. McCormack from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.
The Barren County Sheriff's Office responded to fourteen wrecks during the week, nine of those being non-injury and five resulting with injuries.
