REPORT FROM December 3, 2009

On Friday November 27th Deputy Wilson arrested David K. Spears on a Barren County warrant for menacing and fleeing or evading police second degree (motor vehicle). Deputy Branham transported Aaron K. Wright from Barren County Jail to Henderson County Jail. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Roseville Road.

On Saturday November 28th Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Berry Store Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Hollow Road.

On Sunday November 29th Deputy Clark investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Old Lexington Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Beckton Road.

On Monday November 30th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Bradley L. McGuire with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Joshua U. Lessenberry with possession of marijuana. Deputy Clark arrested Curry L. Compton on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear.

On Tuesday December 1st Deputy Clark arrested Mary R. Piercy on a Jefferson County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Charlotte C. Cross on an Allen County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Runyon arrested Ernest L. Bowles on a Metcalfe County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Clark served a Barren County indictment warrant on Charlotte M. Cook for tampering with physical evidence and persistent felony offender second degree. Deputy Minor served a Warren County warrant on Mark J. Schnorr for contempt of court. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Michael G. Langley from Laurel County Jail to Barren County Jail.

On Wednesday December 2nd Deputy Runyon arrested Benjamin G. Johnson on a Barren County warrant for probation violation, Johnson was also charged with tampering with physical evidence at the time of his arrest. Deputy Clark arrested Alvin D. Taylor on a Monroe County warrant for contempt of court, and then released Taylor into the custody of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Matthews Mill Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Scottsville Loop Road.

On Thursday December 3rd Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Kino Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Finney Road.
