On Friday February 5th Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Mark A. Bailey with assault fourth degree. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Hiseville Park Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Highway 70.
On Saturday February 6th Deputy Bennett responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on North Jackson Highway.
On Sunday February 7th Deputy McCown arrested Kenny Benson on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Cecil E. McMeen Jr. with assault fourth degree, menacing and resisting arrest. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Jackie S. Clifton with assault fourth degree.
On Monday February 8th Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Dustin T. Vibbert with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, no operator's license, failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance first offense and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited. Deputy Clark arrested Jason L. Holder on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear. Deputy Bennett arrested Alisha K. Neal on a Barren County warrant for leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance and failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense. Deputy Clark arrested Tina Torres on a Hart County indictment warrant and then released Torres to the Hart County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Minor investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Bennett investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Louisville Road. Deputy Minor investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.
On Tuesday February 9th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Johnny J. Stephens with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs second offense (aggravated) and four counts of first degree wanton endangerment. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Ashley N. Houchens with theft by unlawful taking shoplifting, prescription controlled substance not in original container first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (methamphetamine). Deputy Clark arrested Clifton G. Byrd on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Miranda D. McClanahan for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear. Deputies responded to three injury wrecks and six non-injury wrecks, along with several other vehicles that had ran off the snow covered roadways and needed assistance but did not require a report.
On Wednesday February 10th Deputy Bennett arrested Brandon S. Brooks on three Barren County warrants all for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Jeremy S. Emmert on an Adair County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Casmino Calihua on five Monroe County warrants, one for escape second degree, one for rape first degree victim under 12 years of age and three for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on A L Shirley Road.
On Thursday February 11th Deputy Clark arrested Anthony S. Marrs on a Barren County indictment warrant for possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (methamphetamine) and persistent felony offender first degree. Deputy Clark arrested Douglas E. Lewis on a Hart County warrant for two counts theft by unlawful taking. Deputy Clark arrested Gene C. Johnson on a Barren County warrant charging him with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container, fleeing or evading police first degree (motor vehicle), fleeing or evading police first degree (on foot), possession of a controlled substance first degree, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, cruelty to animals second degree and four counts of wanton endangerment first degree (police). Johnson was also served a Barren County warrant for second degree assault, first degree wanton endangerment, harassing communications and third degree terroristic threatening. He was also served a Warren County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense, possession of marijuana and persistent felony offender first degree. Deputy Clark transported James L. Poole, Jr. to Barren County Correctional Center after being charged by a drug task force detective with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, first offense.
