REPORT FROM February 18, 2010

On Friday February 12^th Deputy Walbert arrested Amber P. Shutts on a Barren Co. warrant for wanton endangerment second degree and assault fourth degree. Deputy Walbert arrested James M. Clouse on a Barren County warrant for violation of Kentucky EPO and five counts of harassing communications. Deputy Branham transported James Jarvis from Hart County Jail to Barren District Court then returned Jarvis to Hart County Jail.

On Saturday February 13^th Deputy Wilson transported Mauricio Sanchez from Frankfort Indiana to Barren County Jail and served a Barren County warrant on Sanchez for probation violation. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Jeanette Harper with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense and disorderly conduct second degree. Deputy Branham transported Brandon J. Brock from Harlan County Jail to Barren County Jail for appearance in Barren Circuit Court.

On Sunday February 14^th Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Depp Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on North Hayden Street.

On Monday February 15^th Deputy Minor arrested James D. Shaw on a Federal warrant for possession of firearms by a convicted felon and receipt, possession, concealment and sale of stolen firearms transported in interstate commerce. Deputy Minor arrested Ronnie L. Elmore on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear. Deputy Branham transported Fabian S. McElroy from Monroe County Jail to Barren Circuit Court then returned McElroy to Monroe County Jail. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Matthews Mill Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road.

On Tuesday February 16^th Deputy Clark arrested Philip K. Doty on a Barren County warrant for two counts of intimidating a participant in legal process and two counts of criminal mischief third degree. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Worthington S. Telford with disorderly conduct second degree and menacing. Deputy Clark arrested Martha M. Liffick on a Barren County warrant for harassment and harassing communications. Deputy Clark served a Warren County indictment warrant on Angel L. Rosado for receiving stolen property (firearm). Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Poplar School Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Wednesday February 17^th Deputy Clark arrested Jesse Haney on a Barren County indictment warrant for four counts of wanton endangerment first degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs first offense, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, no/expired Kentucky registration receipt and no/expired registration plates. Deputy Clark arrested Jordan M. Smith on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on North Jackson Highway.

On Thursday February 18^th Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on John T. Fultz for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Purnell E. Green on an Oldham County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Branham transported Ronnie L. Bryant from Marion County Indiana Jail to Barren County Jail. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Bryant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on North Jackson Highway.
