REPORT FROM February 25, 2010

On Friday February 19th Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Joshua L. Ramsey with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Bennett served two Barren County warrants on David D. Dugard for contempt of court. Deputy Minor served a Warren County warrant on Tracy J. Mitchell for contempt of court. Deputy Kinslow served two Daviess County warrants on Carry W. Harley Jr. one for failure to pay the other for failure to appear. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on South Fork Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.

On Saturday February 20th Deputy Minor served a Barren and Monroe County warrant on Virginia D. Lutterman both for contempt of court. Deputy Branham transported John M. York from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court.

On Sunday February 21st Deputy Runyon arrested Jessica L. Edwards on a Barren County warrant for probable cause-probation violation. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Betty J. Paul with possession of a controlled substance second degree-first offense (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance third degree-first offense (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and prescription controlled substance not in original container first offense. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Thomas C. Paul with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Ashley M. Sweatt with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (aggravated) first offense and failure to notify department of transportation of address change. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Tonya M. Stinson with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Branham transported David R. Nunn from Hardin County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court. Deputy Branham transported Jeromy N. Green and Andre D. Wesson from Hart County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court. Deputy Bennett investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Finney Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road.

On Monday February 22nd Deputy Clark arrested Larry P. Stinnett on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Adam C. Corzine on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Beaver Creek Boat Ramp Road. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Rivendell to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Tuesday February 23rd Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Milburn Taylor Road. Deputy Branham transported Jeromy N. Green and Andre D. Wesson from Barren County Jail to Hart County Jail. Deputy Branham transported John M. York from Barren County Jail to Warren County Jail.

On Wednesday February 24th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Billy R. Stinnett with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (aggravated) first offense, twenty-one counts of wanton endangerment first degree (police), two counts of fleeing or evading police first degree (vehicle), fleeing or evading police second degree (foot), two counts of criminal mischief first degree, two counts of assault second degree (police), assault third degree (police), two counts of leaving the scene of an accident, five counts of disregarding a stop sign, speeding in a restricted zone and resisting arrest. A Drug Task Force Detective charged Billy R. Stinnett with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (drug unspecified), unlawful possession of meth precursor first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia second offense and knowingly possessing anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture meth. Deputy Clark also served a Barren County warrant on Stinnett for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Benjamin G. Johnson with leaving the scene of an accident, operating on suspended/revoked operator's license and tampering with physical evidence. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Christopher C. Steffen with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Louisville Road.

On Thursday February 25th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Gregory J. Ballard with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and resisting arrest. Deputy Clark also served a Barren County warrant on Ballard for contempt of court-failure to appear at the time of his arrest. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Wesley H. Daniels for probation violation. Deputy Wilson served a Barren County warrant on Samuel I. Iliades Jr. for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark served a Warren County warrant on Christopher J. Tarry for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Branham transported Billy D. Butler from Roederer Correctional Complex to Barren County Jail.
