REPORT FROM February 4, 2010

On Friday January 29th Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Garth D. Matthews with assault fourth degree. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Hollow Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road.

On Saturday January 30th Deputy McCown arrested Allen M. Bowles on a Barren County warrant for harassment. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Nobob Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Sulphur Well Knob Lick Road.

On Sunday January 31st Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road.

On Monday February 1st Deputy Minor arrested and charged Timmy J. McClellan with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (aggravated) second offense and two counts of first degree wanton endangerment, following a two vehicle wreck on Big Meadow Road. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Heather R. Goodall with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs (aggravated) first offense and failure to produce insurance card, following a single vehicle wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Runyon arrested Steven D. Cox on a Barren County warrant for complicity to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Wilson arrested Labradford R. Brewer on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Mary R. Piercy on a Barren County warrant for harassing communications. Deputy Clark arrested Wayne A. Overacker on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark arrested Richard A. Bartell on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Edmonton Road. Deputy Wood responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Etoile Road.

On Tuesday February 2nd Deputy Minor arrested and charged Kristopher R. Reece for operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. Reece was also served three Barren County and four Hart County warrants and one Larue County warrant for contempt of court at the time of his arrest. Deputy Minor arrested Shannon D. Reece on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Rhonda G. Runyon on a Calloway County warrant for two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance second degree-first offense (drug unspecified). Deputy Runyon investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Louisville Road. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road.

On Wednesday February 3rd Deputy Clark arrested Adam W. Locke on sixteen Barren County warrants all for contempt of court-failure to appear. Locke was also served fifteen Hart County warrants for contempt of court at the time of his arrest. Deputy Clark served a Barren County indictment warrant on Angel L. Rosado for seven counts of burglary third degree, five counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts burglary first degree, theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more, criminal mischief first degree and three counts of theft by unlawful taking. Deputy Clark served a Barren County indictment warrant on Bradley S. Byrd for theft of identity of another without consent and persistent felony offender first degree. Deputy Clark arrested James T. Elmore on a Barren County warrant for assault fourth degree and terroristic threatening third degree. Deputy Clark arrested Mervin S. Bontrager on a Barren County warrant for harassing communications. Bontrager was also served an Allen County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear at the time of his arrest.

On Thursday February 4th Deputy Wilson arrested David R. Bunch on two Barren County indictment warrants the first for possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia second offense, the second for possession of a controlled substance first degree-first offense (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia second offense. Deputy Clark arrested Douglas W. Taylor on a Barren County indictment warrant for theft by unlawful taking over $300. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Hutcherson Road.
