REPORT FROM March 11, 2010

On Friday March 5^th Deputy Bennett arrested Brandy D. Cox on a Barren County warrant for assault fourth degree and criminal mischief second degree. Deputy Walbert arrested Christopher J. Brown on three Barren County warrants with a total of six counts of theft by deception and one count of theft by unlawful taking.

On Sunday March 7^th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Derrick S. Turner with public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and resisting arrest. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Joshua A. Bunch with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense and failure to produce insurance card.

On Monday March 8^th Deputy Clark arrested Miles C. Bush on a Barren County warrant for unlawful transaction with a minor third degree and volatile substance abuse. Deputy Clark arrested Mary R. Piercy on a Hart County warrant for theft by deception under $500, and then released her into the custody of the Hart County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Clark arrested Stephen B. Fultner on a Hart County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay, and then released him into the custody of the Hart County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren Court then returned juvenile to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Tuesday March 9^th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Thomas L. Upton with receiving stolen property under $10,000 enhanced due to the presence of a firearm. Upton was additionally served with two Barren County warrants one for wanton endangerment first degree (police), fleeing or evading police first degree (motor vehicle), reckless driving and knowingly possessing anhydrous ammonia in an unapproved container with the intent to manufacture meth, the other for burglary third degree, theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence. Upton was also served a Warren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Danny W. Gregory with receiving stolen property under $10,000 enhanced due to the presence of a firearm. Deputy Clark served Gregory with a Barren County warrant for probable cause-probation violation. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Jonathon M. Ballard with receiving stolen property under $10,000 enhanced due to the presence of a firearm. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Cynthea L. Harvey with operating on suspended/revoked operator's license. Deputy Minor arrested Jeffrey L. Carver on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-non-support. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren Court. Deputy Branham transported two male juveniles from Barren County to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Wednesday March 10^th Deputy Clark arrested Alan M. Phillips on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-non-support; Phillips was also served a Hart County warrant for contempt of court. Deputy Clark arrested Joshua L. Ramsey on two Barren County warrants one for contempt of court-failure to appear the other for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Minor cited David W. Perkins with reckless driving and failure to produce insurance card. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Lawrence Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Branham transported James E. Skaggs from K.C.P.C. Luther Luckett Prison to Barren County Jail.

On Thursday March 11^th Deputy Runyon arrested Ashley E. Larimore on a Barren County warrant for assault fourth degree. Deputy Clark arrested Sharon J. Moss on a Barren County warrant for harassing communications. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tick Ridge Road. Deputy Branham transported Jessica N. Webb from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.
