REPORT FROM MARCH 19, 2009

On Friday March 13^th Deputy Minor arrested Charles J. Dennison for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (aggravated) 1^st offense, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance 3^rd degree - 1^st offense (drug unspecified) and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1^st offense. Deputy Minor also arrested Christopher D. Hodge for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1^st offense. Deputy Runyon arrested Karl A. Madson for Driving DUI Suspended License 1^st offense and Failure to Produce Insurance Card. Detective Anderson investigated a two vehicle non-injury accident on Tompkinsville Rd. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident on Scottsville Rd.

On Saturday March 14^th Deputy Minor arrested Roger D. Riddle for Public Intoxication and Terroristic Threatening 3^rd degree. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on Hiseville Park Rd. Deputy Wilson also responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on Lecta Kino Rd.

On Sunday March 15^th Deputy Minor arrested John M. Harlow for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs (aggravated) 1^st offense. Deputy Runyon arrested Wilburn D. Richmond for Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1^st offense. Deputy McCown served a Barren Co. warrant on Steven D. Berry for 2 counts Criminal Mischief 3^rd degree, 2 counts Theft by Unlawful Taking under $300 and Assault 4^th degree. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on Lucas Rd. Deputy Minor also responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident on Salem Church Rd. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on Burkesville Rd.

On Monday March 16^th Deputy Clark served a Coryell Co. warrant on James E. Scott for Probation Violation. Deputy Clark arrested John F. Pvirre on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4^th degree and Wanton Endangerment 2^nd degree. Deputy Runyon arrested Kristy M. Moore for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1^st offense. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle non-injury accident on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Branham transported Avery C. Taylor from Hopkins Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Tuesday March 17^th Deputy Wilson arrested Douglas E. Matthews on a Hart Co. warrant for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2^nd degree. Deputy Minor arrested Juan M. Hernandez for Reckless Driving, Failure to Wear Seat Belt, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and No Operators License. Deputy Clark arrested Daniel R. Fravala on a Barren Co. warrant for Receiving Stolen Property over $300 and an Allen Co. warrant for Failure to Appear. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on Tick Ridge Rd. Deputy Wilson investigated a two vehicle non-injury accident on Austin Tracy Rd. Deputy Wilson also investigated a two vehicle non-injury accident on Old Bowling Green Rd. Deputy Branham transported Ricky D. Whited and Tammy M. Wells from Barren Co. Jail to Warren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Tony W. Horton from Barren Co. Jail to Hart Co. Jail.

On Wednesday March 18^th Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury accident on New Bowling Green Rd. Deputy Branham transported Brandon S. Brooks from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Thursday March 19^th Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Bambi N. Button for Probable Cause - Probation Violation.
