REPORT FROM March 25, 2010

On Friday March 19^th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Timothy A. Mosby with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited, no or expired registration plate and failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense. Deputy Clark arrested Benjamin T. Coots on a Barren County warrant for criminal trespass second degree. Deputy Branham transported Charlie E. Graham from K.C.P.C. Luther Luckett Complex to Barren County. Deputy Branham transported David R. Nunn from Hardin County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court.

On Saturday March 20^th Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Timothy R. Morgan with manufacturing methamphetamine first offense, unlawful possession of meth precursor first offense, possession of a controlled substance third degree-first offense (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense, possession of a handgun by convicted felon and possession of a firearm by convicted felon. Charges were enhanced due to the presence of a firearm. Deputy Minor arrested Lucia F. Walbert on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Branham transported Christopher D. Embry form Butler County Jail to Barren County Jail.

On Sunday March 21^st Deputy Minor arrested and charged Justin N. Boyd with theft by unlawful taking (auto). Deputy Runyon served a Hart County warrant on Mario S. Ordonez for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Old Lexington Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham transported Oliver G. Westerfield and John M. York from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Warren County Juvenile Center to Barren County.

On Monday March 22^nd Deputy Clark arrested Donald E. Clowers on an Allen County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear, and then released Clowers into the custody of the Allen County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on A L Shirley Road. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Matthews Mill Road. Deputy Branham transported David R. Nunn from Barren County Jail to Hardin County Jail. Deputy Branham transported David L. Norton from Jefferson County Jail to Barren County Jail.

On Tuesday March 23^rd Deputy Clark arrested Joshua A. Bunch on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Melissa R. Mesker with assault fourth degree. Deputy Clark arrested and charged Tony L. Mesker with assault fourth degree. Deputy Minor investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Wyatt responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Trojan Trail. Deputy Branham transported Oliver G. Westerfield and John M. York from Barren County Jail to Warren County Jail. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren Juvenile Court to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Wednesday March 24^th Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Jamie L. Teeters with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Clark served a Trigg County warrant on Jamie L. Teeters for probation violation. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Nobob Road.

On Thursday March 25^th Deputy Clark arrested Charles Young Jr. on a Barren County warrant for criminal trespass first degree. Deputy Clark arrested Laura Puckett on a Hart County warrant for contempt of court, and then released Puckett into the custody of the Hart County Sheriff's Office. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Joseph B. Atkins from Wilson County, TN Jail to Barren County Jail. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Joseph B. Atkins for contempt of court-flagrant non-support.
