REPORT FROM April 15, 2010

On Friday April 9^th Deputy Bennett arrested Timothy E. Pittman on a Barren County warrant for flagrant non-support. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Roger D. Moore with operating on suspended-revoked operator's license. Deputy Wyatt served a Franklin County warrant on Damon S. Ritchie for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Wyatt served a Metcalfe County warrant on Adam B. Cook for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Bennett responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Branham arrested Joshua U. Lessenberry on a Barren County warrant for probation violation.

On Saturday April 10^th Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Roger D. Moore with assault fourth degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place, wanton endangerment first degree and resisting arrest. Deputy Minor arrested Richard L. Graham on a Barren County warrant for assault fourth degree. Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Sherri A. Hubbard with disorderly conduct first degree. Deputy Wilson investigated a three vehicle fatal wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Thomas investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Jack Brown Road.

On Monday April 12^th Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Brian K. Gregory for contempt of court. Detective Anderson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Thomas L. Upton from Barren County Jail to K.C.P.C. Luther Luckett Prison Complex.

On Tuesday April 13^th Deputy Clark arrested Kimberly M. Shepard on a Barren County indictment warrant for criminal possession forged instrument second degree and persistent felony offender first degree. Shepard was also served five Barren County warrants and two Hart County warrants all for contempt of court. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Lance K. Rippy with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia first offense. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Christopher R. Young with possession of marijuana. Deputy Bennett arrested and charged Sharon B. Wolfe with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense. Deputy Clark arrested Garth D. Matthews on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Scotty E. Karnes for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Mary R. Piercy on a Barren County warrant for failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense and operating on suspended-revoked operator's license. Deputy Clark arrested Tony W. Humphrey on two Hardin County warrants one for probation violation the other for theft by deception. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on State Park Road. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren County Court to Warren County Juvenile Center.

On Wednesday April 14^th Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Fred K. Parker with burglary second degree, criminal mischief first degree, theft of a legend drug first offense and theft of a controlled substance first offense. Deputy Bennett arrested James E. Capps on a Barren County indictment warrant for sexual abuse first degree victim under 12 years of age and sexual abuse second degree. Deputy Bennett served a Barren County warrant on Tiffany L. Proffitt for disorderly conduct second degree and harassment. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle fatal wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Paul T. Wilson Jr. from Warren County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.

On Thursday April 15^th Deputy Minor served a Barren County indictment warrant on Preston L. Edwards for flagrant non-support after being transported from Florida Keys by Deputies Minor and McCown. Deputy Clark arrested Michael T. Skaggs on a Barren County warrant for assault second degree. Deputy Clark arrested and charged April S. Filback with failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on North Jackson Highway.
