REPORT FROM APRIL 16, 2009

On Friday April 10^th Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Chastiey E. Abston for Burglary 1^st degree, Complicity to Burglary 1^st degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300 and Complicity to Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. Deputy Runyon arrested Stanley K. Abner for 2 counts Theft by Unlawful Taking under $300 and Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon. Deputy Runyon arrested Danny R. Clark for 8 counts Wanton Endangerment 1^st degree. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Minor investigated a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham transported Kenneth P. King from Carroll Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Saturday April 11^th Deputy Minor arrested Brenna K. Perkins for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1^st offense (aggravated), Wanton Endangerment 1^st degree, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1^st offense and Possession of Marijuana, after a two vehicle injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Oil Well Road.

On Sunday April 12^th Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on Charles D. Hurt for Contempt of Court. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway.

On Monday April 13^th Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Pritchardsville Road. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Pritchardsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Tony W. Horton from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Circuit Court then returned Horton to Hart Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Warren Co. Juvenile Center to Barren Circuit Court then returned him to Warren Co. Juvenile Center.

On Tuesday April 14^th Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Green River Development Center to Barren Juvenile Court then returned juvenile to Green River Development Center. Deputy Branham transported Shaun M. Brooks from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported two male juveniles from Warren Co. Juvenile Center to Barren Juvenile Court.

On Wednesday April 15^th Deputy Clark arrested James H. Edwards III for Trafficking in Controlled Substance In or Near School, Trafficking in Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Possession or Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2^nd degree. Deputy Clark arrested Dana L. Brown on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court-Failure to Appear.

On Thursday April 16^th Deputy Clark arrested Jonathon A. Wilson on a Barren Co. warrant for Probable Cause-Probation Violation. Deputy Clark served two Hart Co. warrants on Tony R. Cole both for Probation Violation. Deputy Wilson arrested Ronnie L. Elmore on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4^th degree. Deputy Branham transported Alissa D. Russell from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
