REPORT FROM APRIL 9, 2009

On Friday April 3^rd Deputy Clark arrested Dean A. Baise on a Barren Co. indictment warrant for Possession Controlled Substance 1^st degree-1^st offense (methamphetamine), Possession Controlled Substance 1^st degree-1^st offense (cocaine), Possession Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd offense and Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Clark also arrested Jonhathan A. Riordon on a Barren Co. warrant for Harassment. Deputy Minor served an Anderson Co. warrant on Gerald L. Settles for Contempt of Court.

On Saturday April 4^th Deputy Runyon arrested Donavon R. Borders for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.

On Sunday April 5^th Deputy Minor served three Grayson Co. warrants on Lester L. Lashley Jr. two for Contempt of Court and one for Flagrant Non-Support. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Crawford Rd.

On Monday April 6^th Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Rd. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Rd. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Nobob Rd. Deputy Runyon served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Charles A. Vibbert for Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1^st offense. Deputy Runyon also served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Christopher A. Jobe for Burglary 2^nd degree, 3 counts Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Mischief 3^rd degree and 2 counts Burglary 3^rd degree. Deputy Runyon served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Bryan D. Slagle for Burglary 2^nd degree, 4 counts Theft by Unlawful Taking, Criminal Mischief 3^rd degree and 2 counts Burglary 3^rd degree. Deputy Wilson served a Barren Co. warrant on Heather V. Cash for Theft by Deception. Deputy McCown arrested Michael W. Copas on a Metcalfe Co. warrant for Contempt of Court.

On Tuesday April 7^th Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Brandon D. Marshall for Assault 2^nd degree. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Rd. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Ira J. McDaniel for Assault 2^nd degree. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Emily L. Deweese for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor arrested Donavon R. Borders for Violation of KY EPO/DVO.

On Wednesday April 8^th Deputy McCown served two Barren Co. indictment warrants on Chad A. Lemons the first for Theft by Unlawful Taking-Firearm and Persistent Felony Offender 2^nd degree, the other for Possession Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd offense and Persistent Felony Offender 2^nd degree. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Rd. Deputy Kinslow arrested Marcus L. Valdez for 3 counts Assault 4^th degree and Disorderly Conduct. Deputy Minor arrested Lyle E. Kerr for Hindering Prosecution or Apprehension 2^nd degree.

On Thursday April 9^th Deputy McCown arrested Gary D. London for 2 counts Terroristic Threatening 3^rd degree, Assault 3^rd degree, Assault 4^th degree, Wanton Endangerment 1^st degree, Criminal Mischief 3^rd degree, Disorderly Conduct 2^nd degree and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Runyon arrested Meshele V. Spencer on a Barren Co. warrant for Harassing Communications, Spencer was also additionally charged with Possession Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd offense. Deputy Wilson investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Tompkinsville Rd. Deputy McCown served a Cumberland Co. warrant on Marcus L. Valdez for Theft by Deception.
