REPORT FROM MAY 14, 2009

On Friday May 8^th Deputy Runyon arrested Brock W. Kerney on a Barren Co. indictment warrant for Complicity to Burglary 1^st degree and Complicity to Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. Deputy Clark arrested Peter A. Fauber on a Barren Co. warrant for Burglary 3^rd degree, Criminal Mischief 2^nd degree, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Edmonton Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Mammoth Cave Road. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Branham transported a male juvenile from Barren Co. to Warren Co. Juvenile Center.

On Saturday May 9^th Deputy Minor arrested David W. Price for Public Intoxication and served a Barren Co. warrant on him for Theft by Unlawful Taking Auto over $300 and Persistent Felony Offender. He also served a Green Co. warrant on Price for Probation Violation. Deputy Wilson arrested Ronnie L. Carey on a Metcalfe Co. warrant for Violation of KY EPO/DVO. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Minor investigated a Tractor wreck with injury on Dry Fork Road.

On Sunday May 10^th Deputy Minor arrested Spencer D. Huddleston after a non-injury motor vehicle accident and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1^st offense, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Possession of Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor and Failure to Notify Address Change to Department of Transportation. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Beaver Creek Road. Deputy Branham transported Joshua L. Sanders from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Monday May 11^th Deputy Clark arrested Scotty E. Karnes on three Barren Co. warrants two for Failure to Pay or Appear and the other for Failure to Complete Community Service Work. Deputy Clark arrested Winston J. Coats on two Barren Co. warrants one for Failure to Pay or Appear the other for Failure to Complete Community Service Work. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Mt. Pleasant Road. Deputy Branham transported Adam Parnell from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Circuit Court to then returned Parnell to Warren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Joshua L. Sanders from Barren Co. Jail to Hart Co. Jail.

On Tuesday May 12^th Deputy Wilson served a Barren Co. warrant on Jessica N. Webb for Contempt of Court-Failure to Appear. Deputy Wilson served a Dickson Co. TN warrant on Melvin C. Blankenship for Failure to Appear. Deputy Clark arrested Kimberly N. Skaggs on a Barren Co. warrant for Failure to Appear. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Mark P. Vance for Burglary 3^rd degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300 and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2^nd degree. Deputy Clark also served a Barren Co. warrant on David E. Hall for Burglary 3^rd degree, Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300 and Unlawful Transaction with a Minor 2^nd degree. Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on Stephen R. Ennis for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor arrested Tyler S. Bartley and Mark A. Bellamy for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Matthews Mill Road.

On Wednesday May 13^th Deputy Clark arrested Ophelia M. Riley on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court-Failure to Appear. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Heather L. Fugate for Possession of a Controlled Substance (drug unspecified) 1^st degree-1^st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd degree, Promoting Contraband 1^st degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance (drug unspecified) 2^nd degree-1^st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd degree-1^st offense, Possession of Marijuana, Theft by Unlawful Taking (shoplifting) and Controlled Substance Prescription Not in Original Container. Fugate was also served a Barren Co. warrant for Failure to Complete Community Service Work. Deputy Clark investigated a motorcycle wreck with injury on Louisville Road. Deputy Branham transported Heather L. Fugate from Leon Co. Jail in Tallahassee Florida to Barren Co. Jail.

On Thursday May 14^th Deputy Walden arrested Cody D. Rogers for Possession of Marijuana.
