REPORT FROM MAY 7, 2009

On Friday May 1^st Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Johnny A. Stafford for Burglary 2^nd degree, Criminal Mischief 3^rd degree, Menacing, Assault 4^th degree and Persistent Felony Offender 2^nd degree. Deputy Wilson served a Barren Co. warrant on Charles C. Finley Jr. for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Sonia D. Ballard for Contempt of Court.

On Saturday May 2^nd Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Detective Anderson arrested John E. Milam for Assault 4^th degree. Deputy Branham transported Eldon Allen Jr. from Logan Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Sunday May 3^rd Deputy Kinslow investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road.

On Monday May 4^th Deputy Minor arrested Dustin P. Thompson on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Munfordville Road. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Thomas L. Sublett for Failure to Appear. Deputy Clark arrested Tim M. Boss on two Barren Co. warrants both for Failure to Appear. Deputy Wilson transported one male juvenile from Barren District Court to Warren Co. Juvenile Center and brought another male juvenile back to Barren District Court. Deputy Branham transported Thomas L. Sublett from Jefferson Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Tuesday May 5^th Deputy Wilson arrested Thomas W. Simpson and charged him with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Receiving Stolen Property, (Firearm), Receiving Stolen Property Under $300, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, 1st Offense-Drug Unspecified, Burglary 1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree-2 Counts and Unlawful Imprisonment, 1st Degree. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. indictment warrant on Joseph T. Downey for Fleeing or Evading Police 1^st degree (on foot), Assault 4^th degree and Violation of KY EPO/DVO. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren District Court to Warren Co. Juvenile Center. Deputy Branham transported Roy J. Howard from Metro Davidson Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Wednesday May 6^th Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Colesbend Road. Deputy Minor investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Nobob Road. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Rhonda S. Claywell for Operating on a Suspended or Revoked License, No Insurance and No or Improper Registration. Deputy Minor arrested James H. Edwards III on a Barren Co. indictment for Burglary 1^st degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. Deputy Clark arrested Brandon E. Garrett on a Barren Co. warrant for Menacing. Deputy Branham transported Eldon Allen Jr. from Barren Co. Jail to Logan Co. Jail. Deputy Branham arrested Eric G. Stockton on two Barren Co. warrants one for Failure to Pay and the other for Contempt of Court.

On Thursday May 7^th Deputy Runyon arrested Tyler E. Lee on a Barren Co. indictment warrant for Burglary 1^st degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. Deputy Clark served a Hart Co. warrant on Eric G. Stockton for Failure to Pay. Deputy Clark arrested James R. Gross on a Barren Co. warrant for Menacing. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Oil City Road.
