REPORT FROM June 3, 2010

On Friday May 28^th Deputy Runyon served a Barren County indictment warrant on Christopher C. Steffen for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and second degree-persistent felony offender. Deputy Wilson arrested Cody D. Dubree on a Barren County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Kenny L. Richardson for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy McCown served a Warren County warrant on Francedia A. McGinnis for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Kinslow investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Bennett responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road.

On Saturday May 29^th Deputy Clark arrested and charged Jonathan T. Bailey for violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, alcohol intoxication in a public place and second degree-disorderly conduct.

On Sunday May 30^th Deputy Clark arrested Rodney D. Benedict on two Lincoln County warrants one for contempt of court-failure to pay, the other for violation of probation. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road.

On Monday May 31^st Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Amanda D. Davidson with first degree-possession of a controlled substance first offense (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and unlawful possession of a legend drug first offense. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Les Turner Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road.

On Tuesday June 1^st Deputy Bennett investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Detective Phelps responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Hiseville Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Siddens Road.

On Wednesday June 2^nd Deputy Wilson arrested Dwight J. Asher on a Barren County warrant for probation violation. Deputy Clark arrested and charged Jeffrey E. Thomas with fourth degree assault. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Michelle D. Locke for probation violation. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on Jessie P. Davis for probation violation. Deputy McCown served a Metcalfe County warrant on Phyllis J. Button for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road.

On Thursday June 3^rd Deputy Clark served a Warren County warrant on Thomas A. Green for contempt of court-failure to pay. Detective Anderson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Beechtree Lane. Deputy Branham transported Tony M. Rice from Barren County Jail to Luther Luckett Prison Complex.
