REPORT FROM JULY 16, 2009
On Friday July 10th Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on Shelia R. Firkins for Theft by Deception under $300. Deputy Kinslow arrested Jamie A. Vaughn and charged him with Assault 4th degree. Deputy Clark arrested Sommer L. Peveler and charged her with Assault 4th degree. Deputy McCown arrested Guy D. Peveler and charged him with Assault 4th degree. Deputy Wilson investigated a two vehicle injury wreck on Oil Well Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on South Fork Road.
On Saturday July 11th Deputy Wilson arrested Amanda R. Arms and charged her with Disregarding Stop Sign and No Operator's License. Deputy Wilson arrested Joshua R. Morgan on two Barren Co. warrants both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Wilson arrested Glen D. Kendrick Jr. on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown arrested Heather V. Cash on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown served a Hart Co. warrant on Tammy K. Jones for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown served a Daviess Co. warrant on Randall L. Riley for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown served two Monroe Co. warrants on Carter L. Tooley both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on Ricky W. Cardwell Jr. for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Dripping Springs Road. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Roseville Road.
On Sunday July 12th Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road.
On Monday July 13th Deputy Runyon arrested John F. Osborne on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark arrested Kevin P. Gradine on a Barren Co. warrant for Making False Statement to Obtain/Increase of Benefit. Deputy Clark responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road.
On Tuesday July 14th Deputy Minor arrested James C. Lyons III and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs under 21, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense, Failure to Produce Insurance Card and two counts Wanton Endangerment 1st degree. Deputy Clark investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road.
On Wednesday July 15th Deputy Thomas arrested Samuel D. Harrison and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs, Resisting Arrest, No or Expired KY Registration Plates, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited and Disorderly Conduct. Deputy Adam Minor also served a Barren County warrant on Harrison at the time of his arrest for Contempt of Court. Deputy Runyon arrested Tony M. Rice and charged him with Theft by Unlawful Taking under $300 shoplifting, at which time he was also served a Barren County indictment warrant on charges of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance w/1000 yards of a school and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Coral Hill Road.
On Thursday July 16th Deputy Runyon arrested Nicholas R. Sedam on a Barren Co. warrant for Criminal Mischief 2nd degree. Deputy Wilson arrested John K. Hood on a Barren Co. warrant for Probation Violation. Deputy Runyon arrested David R. Wilson on two Barren Co. warrants both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Garrett Road. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road.
