REPORT FROM JULY 23, 2009
On Friday July 17th Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Angel L. Rosado with Burglary 3rd degree, Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree after Rosado admitted to breaking into a business. Deputy Wilson arrested Regina L. Cummings on four Barren Co. warrants all for Contempt of Court. Deputy Runyon arrested Mitchell D. Cross on a Barren Co. warrant for Receiving Stolen Property over $500; Cross was also served a Hart Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown served a Barren Co. warrant on Brandy C. Fravala for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown arrested Angela M. Ballard on a Barren Co. warrant for Probable Cause-Probation Violation. Deputy McCown served a Barren Co. warrant on Jessica L. Edwards for Contempt of Court. Deputy Branham transported Jamie L. Brown from Barren Co. Jail to Federal Prison in Talladega Alabama.
On Saturday July 18th Deputy McCown investigated a two vehicle injury wreck at the intersection of KY.70 and U.S. 31E. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Edmonton Road.
On Sunday July 19th Sheriff Eaton responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road.
On Monday July 20th Deputy McCown arrested Charles J. Sims on a Hart Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown served a Barren Co. warrant on Charlie H. Sims Jr. for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark served a Barren Co. warrant on John F. Dorst for Assault 4th degree. Deputy Wilson transported both Lee W. Elmore and Billy J. Johnson from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported both James R. Rugh and Melissa Y. Cail from Fort Myers Florida to Barren County Jail; both were served with a Barren Co. warrant for Flagrant Non-Support, Rugh warrant had an additional charge-Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree.
On Tuesday July 21st Deputy Wilson served a Barren Co. warrant on David R. Heers for Probation Violation. Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on James E. Vibbert for Contempt of Court. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road. Deputy Branham transported Arthur C. Garcia from Barren Co. Jail to Butler Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren Juvenile Court to Warren Co. Juvenile Center.
On Wednesday July 22nd Sheriff Eaton arrested Cody D. Dubree on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor charged Michael B. Garrett with Reckless Driving and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree. Deputy Walden investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Coral Hill Halfway Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn parkway. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lecta Kino Road. Deputy Branham transported Santanta M. Woodard from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Thursday July 23rd Deputy Clark arrested and charged Shelia S. Garmon with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 2nd offense (aggravated) after a single vehicle wreck on Coral Hill Road. Deputy Wilson charged Ronnie D. Houchens with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st offense (aggravated) and Possession of Marijuana, after a single vehicle wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Clark served a Jefferson Co. warrant on Christopher D. Dixon for Contempt of Court. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Ward Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Moore Road. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Dripping Springs Road.
