On Saturday July 24 Deputy Wilson served three warrants on Rachel L. Yokley one from Barren County for contempt of court and two from Metcalfe County both for contempt of court. Deputy Wilson served a Jefferson County warrant on Roderick D. Hatchett for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested Hubert H. Halstead on a Warren County indictment warrant for first degree-trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, forgery of a prescription first offense and criminal possession of a forged prescription first offense. Deputy Branham transported Kelly R. Doyle from Hart County Jail to Barren County Jail on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court.
On Sunday July 25 Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Brandon J. Byrd with reckless driving, unlawful possession of a meth precursor first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and manufacturing methamphetamine first offense. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Justin M. Neal with unlawful possession of a meth precursor first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and manufacturing methamphetamine first offense. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Joshua M. Neal with unlawful possession of a meth precursor first offense, possession of drug paraphernalia first offense and manufacturing methamphetamine first offense. Deputy Runyon arrested and charged Dennis L. Miller with no/expired registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense and theft by unlawful taking. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Charles C. Vibbert with first degree-disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, third degree-assault (police officer) and disarming a peace officer (attempt). Deputy Branham transported Jessica L. Edwards from Casey County Jail to Barren County Jail for Circuit Court appearance.
On Monday July 26 Deputy Clark arrested Michelle L. Morgan on a Barren County indictment warrant for theft of a controlled substance first offense. Deputy Wyatt arrested and charged Jesse A. Lawrence with alcohol intoxication in a public place first offense. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren County to the Warren County Juvenile Center.
On Tuesday July 27 Deputy Thomas served a Barren County warrant on Tracy J. Mitchell for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Clark arrested and charged Robert D. Brown with second degree-disorderly conduct. Deputy Minor served a Hart County indictment warrant on Purnella R. Hodges for second degree-criminal possession of a forged instrument and first degree-persistent felony offender. Hodges was also served four other Hart County warrants all for contempt of court. Deputy Minor served a Metcalfe County warrant on Edna L. Howell for contempt of court. Deputy Branham transported Jessica L. Edwards from Barren County Jail to Casey County Jail. Deputy Branham transported Julius R. Spears from Clay County, TN Jail to Barren County Jail for probation violation.
On Wednesday July 28 Deputy Clark arrested Brad J. Spencer on a Barren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to pay. Deputy Clark served a Barren County warrant on David R. Wilson for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Wilson served two warrants on Tonya F. Monday one from Metcalfe County the other from Cumberland County, both for contempt of court. Deputy Clark served a Warren County warrant on Sonia D. Ballard for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy Branham transported Brian J. Hammer from Monroe County Jail to Barren County Jail.
On Thursday July 29 Deputy Minor served a Barren County warrant on Peter A. Fauber Jr. for contempt of court. Deputy Branham transported Bobby D. Chaffin from Macon County, TN Jail to Barren County Jail, on a Barren County warrant for four counts of second degree-criminal possession of a forged instrument. The Barren County Sheriff's Office responded to twenty wrecks during the week, twelve of those being non-injury and seven resulting with injuries, one fatal wreck occurred resulting in one death.
