REPORT FROM JULY 30, 2009

On Friday July 24th Deputy Minor arrested and charged both Wesley M. Spears and Kayla N. Gassaway with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense. Deputy Clark arrested Tonya R. Deckard and charged her with Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended/Revoked Operators License. Deputy Clark served an Allen Co. indictment warrant on Kassey M. Russell for Tampering with Physical Evidence, Assault 4th Degree, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Mammoth Cave Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle injury wreck on New Bowling Green Road.

On Saturday July 25th Deputy Minor arrested Gregory W. Richardson on a Barren Co. warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, also at the time of his arrest Richardson was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree, Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st offense, Possession of Marijuana, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense and Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol). Deputy Clark responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Austin Tracy Road. Deputy Branham transported Brandon J. Brock from Hardin Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Sunday July 26th Deputy Clark arrested Johnnie W. Riggs on three Barren Co. warrants all for Contempt of Court - Failure to Appear. Deputy Minor served a Hart Co. indictment warrant on Steve E. Renick for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd offense. Deputy Branham transported Purnella A. Hodges from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Monday July 27th Deputy Wilson arrested Yulanda L. Bradshaw on a Barren Co. warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking. Deputy Wilson arrested Summer J. Apato on an Edmonson Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark arrested Charles M. Ragland on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court - Failure to Pay. Deputy Wilson served a Warren Co. warrant on Gracia D. Pruitt for Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Wilson served two Grayson Co. warrants on Christina R. Colmore both for Contempt of Court - Failure to Pay. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham arrested Sherry B. Stout on a Barren Co. warrant for Probation Violation.

On Tuesday July 28th Deputy Clark arrested Donnie R. Boyd on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4th degree and Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree. Deputy Clark served a Warren Co. warrant on Matthew L. Martin for Contempt of Court - Failure to Appear. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham arrested David W. Fountain on a Barren Co. warrant for Harassing Communications.

On Wednesday July 29th Deputy Runyon arrested Jessie J. Carroll Jr. and charged him with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree - 1st offense (drug unspecified), Possession of Marijuana, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1st offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck at the intersection of KY 70 and U.S. 31E. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Donnie D. Cook from Letcher Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.

On Thursday July 30th Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle fatality wreck on New Bowling Green Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Stovall Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Oak Hill School Road. Deputy Wood responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Wood transported Melissa J. Hoosier from Adair Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Leroy E. Sparks from Hickman Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
