REPORT FROM JULY 9, 2009
On Friday July 3rd Deputy Wilson arrested and charged Sherril M. Woodward with Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Deputy Minor arrested Matthew J. Mutter of East Main St. on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court, he was also charged with Possession of Marijuana at the time of his arrest. Deputy Thomas responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Clark responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Branham transported campers from the Sheriff's Ranch back to Barren Co.
On Saturday July 4th Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Park City Glasgow Road. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy Kinslow investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Old Bowling Green Road. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road. Deputy Walden responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Caney Fork Road.
On Sunday July 5th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Shelia R. Firkins with Alcohol Intoxication, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container and Promoting Contraband 1st offense Deputy Minor arrested and charged Jeffery D. Perkins with Alcohol Intoxication and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon. Deputy Minor served an Adair Co. indictment warrant on Tyler Estes for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $300. Deputy Minor served a warrant from Barren, Metcalfe and Taylor Counties on Jose E. Ortiz all were for Contempt of Court. Deputy Branham transported Aaron K. Wright from Allen Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Monday July 6th Deputy Branham transported Kenny D. Wood from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Tuesday July 7th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Daniel E. Mastovich with Criminal Trespassing 2nd degree and Menacing. Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on Ricky A. Thompson Jr. for Contempt of Court. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Barren Juvenile Court to Warren Co. Juvenile Center. Deputy Branham transported one male from TJ Samson to Lifeskills in Warren Co.
On Wednesday July 8th Deputy Minor arrested and charged Christopher N. Holman for Violation of KY EPO/DVO. Deputy Branham transported Daniel L. Schultz from Barren Co. Jail to Jefferson Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Lori D. Spradlin from Luther Luckett Prison to Barren Co. Jail.
On Thursday July 9th Deputy Wilson served an Allen Co. warrant on Christopher N. Holman for three counts Theft by Deception. Deputy Minor arrested and charged Lindsay E. Craig with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense. Deputy Branham transported Aaron K. Wright and Christopher N. Holman from Barren Co. Jail to Allen Co. Jail.
