On Friday August 7th Sheriff Chris Eaton arrested Lori A. Ikner and charged her with Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident (Death). Deputy Minor charged Stephen R. Stinson with Reckless Driving, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st offense, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Wanton Endangerment 1st degree (police)-two counts, Fleeing or Evading Police 1st degree (vehicle) and Speeding in a Restricted Zone, after a pursuit that ensued and led down 31E South and continued into Allen County before ending in a rollover crash. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road.
On Saturday August 8th Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Haywood Cedar Grove Road. Deputy McCown responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road.
On Sunday August 9th Deputy Runyon arrested Cessaley A. Holley and charged her with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense and Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1st offense. Deputy Minor arrested Trever S. Adwell for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st offense, Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree, Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Minor served a Warren Co. warrant on Eric M. Smith for Contempt of Court. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on J Brown Road.
On Monday August 10th Deputy Wilson transported Chuck P. Fuqua one of Barren County's Most Wanted from Edmonson Co. to Barren Co. Jail on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree-2nd or more offense (Methamphetamine), Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Burglars Tools, Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia in an Unapproved Container, Receiving Stolen Property over $300 and Contempt of Court. Sheriff Eaton arrested Sandra K. Kenner on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor served a Barren Co. warrant on Ronnie D. Gassaway for Assault 4th degree. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Hollow Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Whitetail Court. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Happy Valley Road. Deputy Branham transported Benjamin J. Wilson from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Gary H. Thompson from Hart Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail; Thompson was also served a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court.
On Tuesday August 11th Deputy Clark arrested Joshua C. Franklin on three Barren Co. warrants all for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark arrested James S. Boles on a Barren Co. warrant for Harassment and Disorderly Conduct 2nd degree. Deputy Runyon arrested Mickey L. Madison on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Tompkinsville Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Edmonton Road. Deputy Branham transported a male inmate from Barren Co. Jail to Lifeskills.
On Wednesday August 12th Deputy Runyon served a Barren Co. and McLennan Co. TX warrant on Nathan L. Abney both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Kinslow responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on New Salem Road. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Runyon responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Franks Mill Road. Deputy Branham transported Kenneth W. Pennington from Monroe Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Thursday August 13th Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Etoile Road. Deputy Branham transported Kyle R. Graves from Allen Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail; Graves was also served a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Branham served a Barren Co. warrant on Mark A. Welsh for Contempt of Court.
