REPORT FROM SEPTEMBER 10, 2009
On Friday September 4th Deputy Clark investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Dripping Springs Road. Deputy Wilson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Roseville Road. Deputy Clark responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Burkesville Road. Deputy Branham transported Troy L. Rupe from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Circuit Court then returned Rupe to Warren Co. Jail.
On Saturday September 5th Deputy Minor arrested Joshua C. Miller and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 3rd offense. Deputy Clark arrested Christopher D. Taylor on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on West Hiseville Main Street.
On Sunday September 6th Deputy Minor arrested Christopher W. Maulden and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 1st offense (aggravated), Operating on Suspended/Revoked Operators License, Display/Possession of Cancelled/Fictitious Operator License and Failure to Wear Seat Belts. Deputy Clark arrested Jeffrey B. Dirig on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4th degree, Criminal Mischief 3rd degree and Criminal Trespass 1st degree. Deputy Wilson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Mammoth Cave Road.
On Monday September 7th Deputy Wilson served two warrants on Brandon J. Wilborn one from Barren Co. the other from Warren Co. both for Contempt of Court. Deputy Wilson served a Warren Co. warrant on Candace J. Wilborn for Contempt of Court. Deputy Branham transported Jeffery W. Davis from Taylor Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Tuesday September 8th Deputy Clark arrested Joseph D. Cahoe on a Barren Co. warrant for Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon. Deputy Runyon arrested David W. Fountain on a Barren Co. warrant for Harassing Communications. Deputy Wood arrested Frankie D. Shelton on a Barren Co. warrant for Theft by Deception. Deputy Walden responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on Trojan Trail. Detective Anderson responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Branham transported one male juvenile from Jefferson Co. to Barren Juvenile Court then returned juvenile to Jefferson Co.
On Wednesday September 9th Deputy Runyon arrested Shanna L. Kincaid on a Barren Co. warrant for Burglary 2nd degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking. Deputy Wilson arrested Nicholas C. Hill on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4th degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd degree.
On Thursday September 10th Deputy Runyon arrested Laura C. Batey and charged her with 53 counts of Falsely Reporting an Incident and 53 counts of Harassing Communications. Deputy Runyon served three Barren Co. warrants and one Franklin Co. warrant on Tonia R. Rogers all for Contempt of Court. Deputy Kinslow responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Hiseville Road. Deputy Wilson investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Coral Hill Halfway Road. Deputies Branham and Mutter transported four Federal inmates from Barren Co. Jail to Federal Court in Bowling Green.
