REPORT FROM SEPTEMBER 17, 2009
On Friday September 11th Deputy Minor arrested David E. White and charged him with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st offense and Violation of KY EPO/DVO. Deputy Minor responded to a two vehicle non-injury wreck on the Louie B. Nunn Parkway. Deputy Minor arrested Jonathan T. Bailey and charged him with Assault 4th degree.
On Saturday September 12th Deputy Clark arrested Fred K. Parker on a Barren Co. Indictment warrant for Cultivation of Marijuana 5 or more plants 1st offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd offense, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Prescription Controlled Substance Not in Original Container 1st offense, Possession of Marijuana and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree. Deputy Wilson arrested Pamela K. Neal on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 4th degree. Deputy Wilson arrested Owen L. Crain on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Minor served a Jefferson Co. warrant on Stephen P. Mills for Flagrant Non-Support. Deputy Branham transported Jonathan L. Childress from Logan Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Sunday September 13th Deputy Clark arrested David L. Hatchett on a Barren Co. warrant for Assault 2nd degree and Terroristic Threatening 1st degree. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Lick Branch Road, charging Kyla R. Mayes with No Insurance. Deputy McCown investigated a single vehicle injury wreck on Mayfield Mill Road. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Coral Hill Road.
On Monday September 14th Deputy Runyon arrested Winston J. Coats on a Barren Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy McCown arrested Brandon W. Netherton on a Barren Co. warrant for Terroristic Threatening 3rd degree. Deputy Clark arrested Kenneth L. Richardson on two Barren Co. warrants one for Criminal Trespassing¬Ý3rd degree the other for Contempt of Court. Detective Anderson responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Dover Church Road. Deputy Branham transported Heather L. Fugate, Jeremy A. Cooper and Angela K. Cross from Allen Co. Jail to Barren Circuit Court then returned them to Allen Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Felicae D. Shobe from Warren Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Tuesday September 15th Deputy Clark arrested Guadalupe R. Roman for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st offense. Deputy Wood arrested Stephen D. Cloyd and charged him with Assault 4th degree. Deputy Runyon arrested Charles W. Cloyd and charged him with Assault 4th degree. Deputy Wood responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Scottsville Road. Deputy Branham transported Sharon L. Napier from Barren Co. Jail to K.C.P.C. and returned Michelle V. Spencer from K.C.P.C. to Allen Co. Jail. Deputy Branham transported Ronald W. Finn from Jefferson Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Wednesday September 16th Deputy Runyon arrested James R. Markwell on a Fayette Co. warrant for Contempt of Court. Deputy Clark arrested George R. Yates on a Barren Co. warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card under $500. Deputy Branham transported Jorge F. Rivera from Logan Co. Jail to Barren Co. Jail.
On Thursday September 17th Detective Anderson served a Barren Co. warrant on Lisa G. Taylor for Probation Violation. Detective Anderson served an Allen Co. indictment warrant on Nicole A. Johnson for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st degree-1st offense (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st offense and Public Intoxication of a Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol). Deputy McCown served two Warren Co. warrants on Chuck P. Fuqua one for Burglary 1st degree and Persistent Felony Offender 1st degree, the other for Convicted Felon in Possession of a Handgun and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Lick Branch Road, arresting and charging Jonathan E. Johnson with Operating a Motor Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 2nd offense. Deputy McCown responded to a single vehicle non-injury wreck on Needmore School Road.
