On Friday September 23 Deputy Sponhouse arrested and charged Jeremiah S. Martin with fourth-degree assault. Deputy Bow arrested Roy D. Wyatt on two Barren County warrants one for third-degree terroristic threatening, the other for contempt of court-failure to complete or show proof of community service work. Deputy Sponhouse served a Fayette County warrant on Aaron D. Sanderlyn for trafficking in a controlled substance first offense.

On Saturday September 24 Deputy Sponhouse arrested and charged Sondra K. Richardson with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense.

On Monday September 26 Deputy Wilson arrested Tonya L. Morgan on a Barren County indictment warrant for two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

On Tuesday September 27 Deputy Wilson served a Barren County warrant on Scotty L. Jackson for probation violation. Deputy Bennett arrested Jessica A. Moore on a Barren County indictment warrant for fifteen counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception under $500 and first-degree persistent felony offender.

On Wednesday September 28 Deputy Wyatt arrested Brett W. Page on a fugitive from another state warrant, Page was also charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000 at the time of his arrest.

On Thursday September 29 Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County warrant on Carrie E. Kolusch for receiving stolen property under $10,000, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense, resisting arrest, giving officer false name or address, operating on suspended or revoked operator's license and theft by unlawful taking from auto.

On Friday September 30 Deputy McCown served a Barren County warrant on Tyler L. Whitney for contempt of court-failure to appear. Deputy McCown served a fugitive from another state warrant on Brett W. Page from York County South Carolina.
