On Friday September 2 Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County indictment warrant on Jeremy M. Birge for first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (meth), possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Birge was also served a Barren County warrant for speeding 23 mph over limit, operating on suspended or revoked operator's license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance first offense and possessing license when privileges are revoked or suspended. Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County indictment warrant on Jenny B. Vance for first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (meth), possession of marijuana, two counts of second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Saturday September 3 Deputy Bennett arrested and charged David W. Rains with probation violation. Deputy Sponhouse arrested Tammy J. Owens on two Barren County warrants both for contempt of court-failure to pay or appear.
On Sunday September 4 Deputy Runyon arrested Benjamin T. Coots on a Barren County warrant for first-degree wanton endangerment. Coots was also charged with resisting arrest after not complying with deputies while being taken into custody. Deputy Sponhouse arrested and charged Jeremy L. Hall with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs first offense. Deputy Sponhouse served a Barren County warrant on Dejuan C. Childress for two counts of menacing and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. Deputy Bennett served an Edmonson County warrant on Kevin L. Koble for contempt of court.
On Monday September 5 Deputy Wyatt served a Barren County warrant on George J. Schooley Jr. for three counts of third-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and three counts of first-degree indecent exposure first offense.
On Tuesday September 6 Deputy Wyatt served four Barren County warrants on Justin N. Boyd for failure to complete community service work or appear as ordered on charges including possession of marijuana, public intoxication and alcohol intoxication. Deputy McCown served a Barren County warrant on Shannon M. McGuire for first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputy Wyatt served a Barren County bond revocation on Dustin C. Berryman for charges including second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree persistent felony offender.
On Wednesday September 7 Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County indictment warrant on Mandy L. Fancher for unlawful distribution of a meth precursor first offense, first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (drug unspecified), third-degree possession of a controlled substance first offense (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana and public intoxication. Deputy Bow arrested and charged Timothy J. Morris Jr. with fourth-degree assault. Deputy Sponhouse arrested Sonia D. Ballard on a Warren County warrant for contempt of court-failure to appear.
On Thursday September 8 Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County indictment warrant on Amy M. Jewell for theft by unlawful taking. Deputy Gibbons served a Barren County warrant on Lee B. Gordon for probation violation. Deputy Gibbons arrested Vicky L. Dawson on a warrant for fugitive from another state. Deputy Gibbons served a warrant on Danny R. Green for fugitive from another state.
